Nick Bowen

The passing from this life has occurred of Nick Bowen (Church Cross, Skibbereen, Cork) at home peacefully on the night of August 1st, surrounded by his loving family and pets, and in the gracious care of the Marymount palliative care team and Irish Cancer Society night nurses.

He is survived by his always loving wife Annie, his beloved daughters Laura, Rachael (Carr), & Ríona, his son Aidan, and his adored grandchildren Ben & Jacob Brooke and Ezra & Tilly Carr, his brother Richard & sister in law Kay and their children Peter, Jenny & Hannah, sister-in-law Niamh O’Grady, and her family Brian, Julia & Art.

Reposing at his home in Killkilleen on Monday 7th from 3 - 6 pm. The funeral is taking place at Ballydehob community hall on Tuesday 8th at 3pm, with a ceremony following at the Island crematorium, Ringaskiddy on Wednesday 9th at 3pm.
