O’BRIEN, (Charles) Noel, (Fortrose Park, Templeogue, D6W formerly of New Road, Killarney, Co. Kerry), November 24th, 2020, (peacefully) surrounded by his family in the wonderful care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital. Beloved husband of Ann and much loved dad of Ciaran and Gareth.  Noel will be forever loved and sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters-in-law Ruth and Fiona, his  grandchildren, Katie, Conor, Emily, Eoin, Robert, Isabel and Lucy, by his sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, and his many friends.
