The death has occurred of
Noel Christopher Hogan
Noel passed away peacefully at home, in his 91st year, on 8th February, 2026, in the loving care of his family. Pre-deceased by his sisters Mai, Peggy, Brid and his brothers Liam, Martin, Joe and Michael. Dearly beloved husband to Josephine and loving father to Fionnuala, Colm, Deirdre, Joseph, Cormac and Stephen.
Noel will be deeply missed by his family, brothers Vinnie and Frank, sisters Anne and Robin, daughters-in-law Rita, Tania, Vlada and Jane, grandchildren Niamh, Thomas and William, nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family and many wonderful friends and neighbours. And also all his former teaching colleagues and pupils at Skryne National School
May Noel Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday (10th February) from 4p.m. concluding with Prayers at 6.30p.m.
Noel’s Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday 11th February, at 12:30pm in SS Peter and Pauls’ Church, Portlaoise, followed by burial in SS Peter and Pauls’ Cemetery, Portlaoise.
