Noel Cunniffe

On Wednesday evening, 8 June, 2022 Noel passed away peacefully after a short illness at University College Hospital, Galway with his heartbroken family by his side.
Pre-deceased by his parents Margaret and John, brothers John, Willie and Paddy, nephew Paul and his niece Emer.

Mourned and very sadly missed by his wife and best friend Anne (Née Connors), daughters Siobhan and Jackie , sons Tony and Iomar , by his adored grandchildren David, Aisling, Rachel, Deirdre, Fergal and Mark of whom he was immensely proud, his daughters-in-law Mary and Eanna, sons-in-law Tom Cronin and Michael Scanlon, sisters Maura Dolphin, Margaret Dolan and Evelyn McGann, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Reposing at ‘Áras Naofa’ within the grounds of the Church of St. Oliver Plunkett, Renmore  on Saturday 11 June from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.  with removal at 7 p.m. to the adjacent church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Noel on Sunday, 12 June at 1.30 p.m.  Funeral after Mass to Rinville Cemetery, Oranmore to arrive at 3.15 p.m. approx.
