Noel Horgan

On September 29th, 2024, peacefully in the presence of his family, in the loving care of staff of St Joseph’s Unit, Bantry General Hospital. NOEL, beloved husband of Mary (née O’Brien), much loved father of Geraldine (Mulcahy) and Claire (Mackey), dear brother of Rose and Margaret, brother-in-law of Michael and the late Kevin. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law John and Noel, grandchildren James, Rebecca and Dean, great-grandson Liam, nephew, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

The Horgan family would like to acknowledge and thank the staff at St Joseph’s Unit, Dr Paul O’Sullivan and the team at Marino Medical for their great care of Noel and for the kindness they showed to him during his illness.

Reposing in Coakleys Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Bantry on Tuesday Oct. 1st from 6.30pm to 8pm with vigil prayers at 8pm. Requiem Mass Wednesday Oct. 2nd at 12noon (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery.
