Noel O'Brien

O’BRIEN, Deerpark, Friars Walk, Cork, (formerly of Clonakilty and Montenotte Stores): On December 19th 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Cork University Hospital, NOEL, beloved husband of Noreen (née O’Donoghue), loving father of Caitríona (Walsh), Seán and Aideen (Rowlands), brother-in-law of the late Aodán and Fr. Gearóid Ó Donnchadha.

Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sister Lyla (O’Mahony) and her husband Steve, sister-in-law Olive Pierse and her husband Robert and sister-in-law Carmel O’Donnchadha, sons-in-law Kieran Walsh and Ben Rowlands, daughter-in-law Emma O’Brien, loving grandad of Aisling, Niamh, Órla, Aoife, Nicole, Ottilie, Alex, Alistair and Charlie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Sunday (December 21st) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (December 22nd) in the Church of the Assumption, Ballyphehane.

Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Tory Top Road.
