Noel REID

Noel passed away suddenly but peacefully at his home in Sandyford (formerly of Ballinteer) on the 7th of September 2025. Beloved husband of Freida and loving father of Mandy, Gary and Gillian. Predeceased by his brothers-in-law Michael and Jimmy; he will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, children, sons and daughters-in-law Cathal, Valerie and Andy, his cherished grandchildren Chloe, Erin, Sophie, Jessica and Sam, brothers Tony and Adrian, sisters-in-law Joan, Marion, Therese, Deirdre, and Patricia, brother-in-law Eric, nieces, nephews, and all his extended family, neighbours and friends.

Rest peacefully, Noel. You will always be in our hearts.

Noel will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Thursday (September 11th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning (September 12th) to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, arriving for 10am Mass, followed by a 12pm Cremation Service in the Garden Chapel, Mt. Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross.
