We sadly announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Nollaig, at her home on September 4th, 2024.
Predeceased by her father Luke and brother-in-law Padraig Grady. Nollaig will be sadly missed by her loving mother Margaret, sister Eileen, brothers Sean, Tommy and Gerry, sister-in-law Noreen, nephews Gearoid and Luke, nieces Mairead, Shóna and Karen, uncle Mick Whyte, aunts Bridie Kelleher and Mary Healy, aunt-in-law Shirley and uncle-in-law John Kelleher, cousins and extended family. Will also be sadly missed by her many close friends and neighbours and work colleagues, especially Leitrim County Council, Roscommon County Council and more recently Department of Education.
May Nollaig rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Friday evening from 5 o’c until 7 o’c. Removal from her home on Saturday morning at 10.30 o’c arriving to St Patrick’s Church, Athleague for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Athleague Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, can be made to Athleague Tidy Towns/We Are Athleague.
