Nora Cawley
(née Monaghan)

The death has occurred of Nora Cawley (née Monaghan), Dalgan Road, Shrule, Co. Mayo in her 98th year. Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Sunday the 18th of May 2025.

Predeceased by her husband Bert, her brothers Joe, Tom and Paddy, her sisters Mary and Ann and her son-in-law Brian.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Evelyn (Limerick), Patricia (Corrandulla), Bernadette (Kerry) and Josephine (Galway), son Bert, sister Birdie (USA), sisters-in-law Phil and Rita, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Fondly remembered by her eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her residence (H91YN6C) on Tuesday evening the 20th of May from 5pm to 8pm. Removal afterwards to St. Joseph's Church, Shrule. Requiem Mass on Wednesday the 21st of May in St. Joseph's Church, Shrule at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery.
