Nora (Nonie) Killilea

Killilea, Cloonascarberry, Ballinamore-Bridge, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway and Shrewsbury House Nursing Home, Clonliffe Road, Drumcondra, Dublin, August 26th, 2025, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff in Shrewsbury House Nursing Home, Nora (Nonie). Predeceased by her parents Michael and Katie and her sisters Mary and Catherine. Much loved sister of Margaret and her twin brother Mattie. Sadly missed by her loving family, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Moran’s Funeral Home, Ballygar (F42K443) on Thursday evening from 6 o’clock until 7.30 o’clock with removal afterwards to St. Brendan’s Church, Tohergar (H53NY26). Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 o’clock followed by burial afterwards in Ballygar cemetery. House private by request. Family flowers only please. Nora’s family would like to extend a special and heartfelt thanks to all the management and staff in Shrewsbury House Nursing Home for their wonderful care of Nora over many years and for their friendship and exceptional kindness to her. They would also like to say thanks to her friends in the Nursing Home who meant so much to her and were a constant support.
