The death has occurred of Nora O’Brien, Glenaboy, Tallow and formerly of Ballynoe.

Nora O’Brien, Glenaboy, Tallow on June 21st 2024, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Cork University Hospital. Nora (nee Sheehan, Glentrasna, Ballynoe). Dearly beloved wife of the late Denis and dear mother of Francis, Mary, Brigid, James and Noreen, loving grandmother of Paula, Kevin, Aisling, Eimear, Patrick, Bryan, Jane, Denis, Thomas, Jack, Gerard, Andrew, Ella and great-grandmother of Harriet, Leo and Blair.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law Jimmy Mangan, Sean McDonagh and Tom Lombard, daughters-in-law Catherine and Carmel, grandchildren and their partners, great-grandchildren, brothers John and Donal Sheehan, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, relatives and friends.

Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh & Sons Funeral Home Tallow on Monday 24th from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral mass on Tuesday 25th at 11am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tallow followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
