Nora O’Callaghan, nee Cannon, Gortnalon, Gurteen, Ballinasloe and formerly Glasnevin, Dublin, 2nd December 2023. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Flannery’s Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Dermot and infant son Patrick. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Patricia McGrath (Gortnalon), Sarah McDonald (Sutton, Dublin), son in-law Pat McDonald, grandchildren James, Felicity, Matthew, Laura and Joseph, great grandchildren Diarmuid and Róisín, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry, on Monday, 4th December, from 6pm. Removal at 7pm to St.Michael’s Church, Gurteen. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 5th December, at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kiltullagh Cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed on https://ballymacwardgurteenparish.com. House strictly private.
