O’CONNELL (Currabeg, Skibbereen): On May 14th 2024, peacefully, at her daughter’s residence, surrounded by her loving family. NORA (nee Buckley) beloved wife of the late John, much loved mother of Mary (Quigg), Deirdre (Baudains) and Liam, sister of the late Ethel (O’Donovan). Lovingly remembered by her family, sons-in-law David and Tim, daughter-in-law Jennifer, adored grandchildren Niall, Aidan, Ava, Alice, Jack, Shane and Grace, brothers and sisters Mary (Moloney), Angela (Hurley), Dan, Jack, and Teresa (O’Brien), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her daughter’s residence, Moneyvolihane, Skibbereen, P81 YV27, on Thursday, May 16th 2024, from 4pm followed by Prayers at 8pm. Reception into St. Barrahane’s Church, Castlehaven, on Friday, May 17th 2024, at 11.15am followed by Requiem Mass at 12 noon. This will be available to view here. Funeral afterwards to Castlehaven New Cemetery.
