Nora Shanley
(née McGovern)
Nora Shanley (nee McGovern), Drumard, Dromod, Co. Leitrim, March 4th 2022, passed away, peacefully, surrounded by her heartbroken family, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of the Shannon Lodge Nursing Home, Rooskey. Predeceased by her husband Nicholas, son-in-law Niall, brother Aidan and sister Mena. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her children Elizabeth, Pat and Brendan, daughter-in-law Lorraine, grandchildren Gary, Aileen, Emma, Ciaran, Rian, Béibheann, Caolán and Faela, sisters Eileen and Mary, brothers John Francis and PJ, nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass for Nora will take place in St Joseph’s Church, Cloonturk, on Sunday at 12.30pm followed by burial in Cloonmorris Cemetery.
