The Death has occurred of Norah Owens (nee Screene) of Ballymannion, Menlough, Ballinasloe, formerly of Windfield.

Norah passed away peacefully in the care of Galway Hospice on 18th November 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her father J.P and her mother-in-law Christina.

Norah will be dearly missed and remembered with love by her dearest husband and best friend Michéal, daughters Hannah, Ruth and Laura, heartbroken mother Bridie, devoted siblings Maura Dempsey (Dublin), Trisha Flattery (Windfield), Tommy (Windfield), Jimmy (Windfield), father-in-law Jim Owens, sisters-in-law,brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews her devoted four legged friend Maggie and all her wonderful friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Oratory Franciscan Agricultural College, Mountbellew on Wednesday, 20th November, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm (H53 WE00)

Funeral Mass will take place in St Mary's Church, Skehana (H53 VK40) on Thursday, 21st November, at 12:30pm. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Menlough.
