Noreen Cronin
(née Costello)
Cronin (Castleowen, Blarney); On December 8th 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Joseph’s Ward at the Mercy University Hospital, Noreen (née Costello); beloved wife & best friend of John (Seán) and adored mother of Lisa (Lehane) and the late Martin. Predeceased by her brother Tony and sister Marie (O’Brien).
Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, her beloved sister Eileen (White), grandchildren Lauren, Kate and David, son-in-law Derek, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday 10th December from 6.00pm to 7.00pm with Rosary at 6.45pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday 11th December at 11.00am in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Shanakiel. Funeral afterwards to All Saints Cemetery, Garrycloyne.
