The death has occurred of
Noreen Dineen
(née Brennan)
DINEEN (Cork) On 19th November, 2021, peacefully, in the presence of her loving family after a long illness bravely borne in the Cork University Hospital, NOREEN (nee Brennan) South Ridge, Silversprings and late of Fairhill. Dearly beloved wife of John and much loved mother of Valerie and Geraldine, adored nana of Calum, Kieran, Paige, Faye, Jodie and Brennan, loving daughter of the late Ned and Maureen, sister of the late Joe, Eithne and Aby. Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, brothers Michael and Edward, sisters Kathleen and Trisha, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law Noel and Kevin, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
The Family would like to acknowledge the care given to Noreen by Pauline O’Dea, Dr Dearbhaile Collins, Dr Hillary and all The Oncology Team.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street, from 3.00pm on Monday (22nd November) with Rosary at 5.00pm. Reception into St. Brendan’s Church, The Glen, on Tuesday (23rd November) at 10.45am for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy at 1.00pm. No flowers by request, donations, if desired, to Cancer Research.
