Noreen Halligan
(née Egan)

The death has occurred of Noreen Halligan (née Egan) of Thomas Street, Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo and formerly of Develeash, peacefully, in Kilbrew Nursing Home, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. She was a devoted wife, a caring mother, a cherished grandmother and a dear friend to many. Predeceased by her husband Francis, sisters Margaret and Kathleen, and brother Tommy. Noreen will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Denise and Margaret, son James, sons-in-law Alan and Michael, daughter-in-law Siobhan, grandchildren Michelle, Rebecca, Lauren, Sam, Katie and Zach, brother PJ and Francis, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Kilbrew Nursing Home for the exceptional care they provided to Noreen during her time with them. Their dedication and support were a great comfort to both Noreen and the family and they are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Reposing at the Marian Funeral Home, Knock (F12A726) on Tuesday evening 25th July at 6.30pm to 8pm. The Funeral Cortege will leave the family home in Thomas Street, Kiltimagh on Wednesday morning at 11.45am to arrive at the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilkinure Cemetery, Kiltimagh. House private on Wednesday morning please. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to the Irish Cancer Society and/or Alzheimer's Society of Ireland in memory of Noreen.
