7th November, 1944 – 18th January, 2026
Oliver passed away peacefully after a short illness bravely borne, in the exceptional and compassionate care of the incredible team at Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, after a life well lived.
Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Mai, sister Mary Jane (James) and brother Bernard.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife and best friend Elizabeth (née Treacy), and much loved sons Garreth, Keith and Jason. Deeply regretted by his wife and sons, daughters-in-law Eustelle (Fleming) and Deirdre (O’Driscoll), his cherished grandchildren Dylan, Simone & Scott, brother P.J., sisters Teresa and Anne, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, good neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Oliver will repose at Brady’s Funeral Home, Elphin (F45 Y168) on Monday (19th Jan.) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (20th Jan.) to St. Brigid’s Church, Dangan, Kilmore (N41 AX27) to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Oliver will be laid to rest afterwards in Kilmore Cemetery.
