It is with heavy hearts the Broe family announce the unexpected loss of their beloved Oliver on Tuesday 12th of August 2025.

Oliver passed peacefully while in the care of the staff of Galway University Hospital and with his loved one's by his side.

Predeceased by his parents Josie and Joe and his sister Mairéad.

Oliver will be deeply missed and always remembered by his heartbroken wife Ina, his daughter Sarah (Glynn), son-in-law Gordon and his adored grandchildren, Sam, Beth and Grace.

Oliver will be deeply mourned by his sister-in-laws Mary and Lily and his brother-in-laws Kevin and John, his nieces, nephews, members of the extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

Oliver will repose in Dignity Funeral Care, funeral home, Barrack Street, Loughrea (H62 DV76) on Friday 15th August from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral cortége will arrive at St Brendan's Cathedral Loughrea at 12.15pm on Saturday 16th August for Requiem Mass for Oliver at 12.30pm.

Burial will take place after Mass in Mount Pleasant cemetery, Loughrea.
