Oliver Murphy

Oliver (Ollie) Murphy, 12th March 2025, Falfadda, Keelogues Road, Ballyvary, Castlebar and late of Main Street, Castlebar and Ballymacarten, Moyvore, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff in Mayo Hospice, Castlebar, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Joe and Mary Murphy, brothers Jimmy, Mick and Sean, sisters Margaret (Connolly), Teresa (Murphy) and Anne (Murphy), mother-in-law Nora Bourke and father-in-law Augustus.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Anne (née Bourke), cherished son Tadhg, brothers Joe and Paddy, sisters Mary (Bobbington), Carmel (Lynn) and Edel (Mc Grane), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Oliver will repose in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63 on Friday (14th March) from 5.30pm to 7pm.

Funeral cortege will arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyheane, F23 AY97 on Saturday morning at 11 a.m for Requiem Mass at 11.30 a.m.

Oliver will be laid to rest afterwards in Ballyheane Cemetery.
