Oliver (Ollie) Coughlan

The death has occurred of Oliver (Ollie) Coughlan, Kylemore, Laurencetown, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Ollie passed peacefully in University Hospital Galway surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his dear wife Ann.  Ollie will be dearly missed by his loving daughters Sandra and Laura, Sons Mark and John, Sisters Phil, Marie and Bernie, son in law Matthew, Laura's partner Evan, grandchildren Alex, Noah, Allie Anne and Grace, sisters in law, brothers in law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Due to government restrictions regarding public gatherings, Ollie’s Requiem Mass will be held privately for family and friends only, on Wednesday, the 25th of August, in St. Mary’s Church, Laurencetown, at 11:00am, followed by burial in Calvary cemetery.

Ollie’s Family would like to sincerely thank the staff of the Claddagh ward in UCHG  who provided such excellent care for him over the past few weeks. The kindness shown will never be forgotten. The family would also like to express their sincere thanks to all their extended family, neighbours and friends for their kindness and help in every way at this very sad and difficult time.
