Oliver (Ollie) Young
Oliver (Ollie) Young, “Berryhill”, Tinnamona, Callan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Francis Terrace, Kilkenny City.
Peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny on his 82nd Birthday, Monday, 8th July 2024.
Pre-deceased by his parents Anne and Alexander and his brothers Patrick and Alexander.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing family, his wife Rita, daughters Suzanne, Yvonne and Olivia, his son Victor, brothers John, Dominic and Christy, sisters Anne and Mary, sons-in-law Michael and David, daughter-in-law Lena, grandchildren Oscar, Kalle, Zoe and Raya, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
May Oliver Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his residence (Eircode R95 XV58), on Wednesday, 10th July, from 3pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm.
Funeral arriving to The Church of the Assumption, Callan, for Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11am. Burial will follow afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan.
