Oliver ( Olly ) Carey

CAREY, Oliver (Olly) - 30th December 2025. Beloved son of the late Patricia and John Carey, died suddenly but peacefully on Tuesday 30 December 2025, aged 50. Sadly missed by his heartbroken sisters Helen, Paula and Melanie, brother John, brothers-in-law Ardal and Peter, sister-in-law Caroline, nephew and godson Red, nieces Emily, Rebecca, Poppi, Ciara, Lily, Aoife, Jennifer and nephews, Jed and Jamie, and cousin, Ben. Olly was so well taken care of by the staff of Tara Winthrop Nursing Home and supported by Irish Wheelchair Association, Prosper Fingal and St. Mary's Baldoyle.

 

May he rest in peace with his beloved parents.

 

Oliver will be reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock (D13 E0A2) on Saturday afternoon 3rd January from 2pm to 4pm. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of St Anne, Portmarnock arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in St Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross arriving approximately 1.30pm.
