The death has occurred of
Owen (Owenie) McAuliffe
Owen (Owenie) McAuliffe, Glanworth, Co Cork, passed away, peacefully, on August 1st 2021, in Cork University Hospital.
To Owenie the most gentle of men, loved by everyone he met and he touched so many lives. Revered by the GAA world and his family, neighbours and friends. He was a treasured member of the Courtney Family in Main Street and is now in Heaven with Tommy, Lidgie and Dave. You will be sadly missed but always remembered.
Owenie will be reposing at the Cottage, Boherash, Glanworth, on Tuesday, 3rd August, from 2pm to 6pm. Owenie's funeral cortege will arrive at The Church of the Holy Cross, Glanworth, for 11am Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 4th August. Burial afterwards in Glanworth new cemetery.
