Owen Smith

The death has occurred of Owen Smith, Dublin Bar, Oldcastle, Co. Meath, 2 December 2023, unexpectedly at his home on Millbrook Road, Oldcastle. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Matthew, his sisters Babs and Monty and his grandniece Leah. Much loved husband of Patricia and cherished father of Mary and Eugene. Sadly missed by his wife, son, daughter, his sister Ann Falvey, his brother Mattie, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, brothers in law, sisters in law, his friends in "Dublin Bar" and his beloved dog Lu Lu.

Remains reposing at Oldcastle Parish Centre, Church Street, Oldcastle on Tuesday from 6 o'clock until prayers at 8 o'clock. No hand shaking by family request please. Removal to St. Brigid's Church, Oldcastle for 12 o'clock Funeral Mass on Wednesday with burial afterwards in Munterconnaught Cemetery. House strictly private please.
