The death has occurred of
Pacelli (Celli) O'Donoghue
Pacelli (Celli) O’Donoghue, The Square, Blackrock, Dundalk, Co. Louth. Passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Castleross Nursing Home, Carrickmacross on Tuesday 13th January 2026. Celli son of the late Leo and Mary, much loved husband of Aileen, dear father of Ciaran, Niamh and the late Niall, devoted grandad of Amy, Chloe, David, Cian, Celli, Aaron and Emily and brother of Harry, Kitty, Mary and the late Julia. Celli will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, grandchildren, brother, sisters, son-in-law Shane, daughters-in-law Rose and Rosarie, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May He Rest in Peace.
Celli will repose at his home (A91 HR26), from 2pm until 8pm on Thursday. HOUSE PRIVATE AT ALL OTHER TIMES. Removal on Friday morning to St. Patrick’s Cathedral (A91 T623) arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patricks Cemetery (A91 F598).
