Paddy Arkins

Paddy Arkins who passed away, in the presence of his wife Martha, in Galway Regional Hospital, on Thursday 2nd November 2023. Predeceased by his father Myles, baby sister Hilda, uncle Micheal Crawford (Lisdoonvarna) and aunt Mary Reilly (USA). Survived by his wife Martha, mother Kathleen (nee Crawford), siblings Maura, Brid, Fiola, Sheila and Tom, brothers-in-law Martin (Canavan), Jeff (Brady), Maura's partner Joe Fitzgerald, sister in law Josie (Arkins), nieces and nephews, Anna-Maria, Ciarán, Trevor, Jenny, Mikey, Emma, Hannah, Meghan, Jeffrey, Myles, Josh and Mary, grand-niece's Quinn and Isla. Also mourned by his uncle John Arkins (Kilfenora), aunts Maureen McDonagh (Liscannor), Hilda Kelly (Dublin) and Eithne Finnegan (Kildare), cousins, neighbours and friends. Paddy's family extend a special thanks to Joe Arkins for his kindness and support especially in recent weeks.

Reposing in the Cullinan & Nestor Funeral Home, Ennistymon, on Sunday, 5th November, from 6pm to 7:30pm. Arriving to the Corpus Christi Church Lisdoonvarna on Monday, 6th November, for 9:30am funeral Mass followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations can be made, in lieu, to the Irish Cancer Society. Messages of sympathy can be left in the condolence section below.
