The death has occurred of
Paddy (Baker) O'Donovan
On January 10th, 2026, peacefully while at sea. PADDY (formerly of Union Hall), beloved husband of the late Sheila (née Hurley), devoted Dad to Mary, Catherine, Fidelma, Patricia, Brian, Martin and the late Patrick, dear brother of Ann, Rita, Willie and the late Donal. Sadly missed by his sons, daughters, sons-in-law Emmet, Kevin, Michael and John, daughters-in-law Sarah and Hannah, his 17 grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Coakley’s Funeral Home, Chapel St, Bantry, P75YW58 on Tuesday January 13th from 5pm to 8pm with vigil prayers at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday January 14th at 12 noon at the Church of Mary Immaculate, Dromore, P75F382, (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
