Matthews, Paddy (Pat) -16th January 2026, (Artane and formerly of Harmonstown), (Peacefully), surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of staff at Beaumont Hospital. Beloved husband of Sandra and loving father of Gary and Stephen. Predeceased by his baby daughter Deborah and his Mam and Dad. Very sadly missed by his wife, sons, brother Sean, sisters Carol, Linda and Anna, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

 

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Beaumont Hospital, Beaumont Lodge Care Unit and St Francis Hospice for their wonderful care and kindness shown to Paddy.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Maypark, Malahide Road, Donnycarney on Thursday afternoon 22nd January from 2pm to 4pm. Removal on Saturday morning 24th January to the Church of The Nativity of Our Lord Beaumont arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.

 

The Funeral Mass will be streamed live on Saturday morning 24th January at 10am via the web stream link below.

 

The Crematorium Service will be streamed live via the web stream link below.

 

Cremation times may vary depending on availability in the crematorium. If you wish to view the live stream, it is advisable to access the webcam approximately 1.5 hours after the church start time.
