Paddy (Patrick) Mc Girr (Culleen, Kilsallagh, Westport, Co. Mayo. formerly Lucan, Co. Dublin.) (ex An Garda Siochána) January 7th 2025:- Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of the Scared Heart Hospital, Castlebar. Predeceased by his parents Peter & Margaret (née Walsh), brothers John, Peter, Tommy, James and infant Michael, sisters Bridie & Ann. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his nephews Eamonn, James & Ray (Kilgarriff), cousins, extended Walsh & Mc Girr families, former colleagues, neighbours, and many friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Paddy will rest in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Friday (Jan. 10th) from 6:00pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7:00pm, followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church, Lecanvey. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 11:00am, followed by interment in Gloshpatrick Cemetery, Murrisk..
