Padraig Gately

Padraig Gately, Cullawinna, Mount Talbot, Co Roscommon, December 28th, 2025, Peacefully, in the exceptional and compassionate care of the staff at The Roscommon Palliative Care Unit.

Pre-deceased by his parents Pake & Mary, his brother Joe and sister-in-law Bridie and brother-in-law Brian.

Padraig will sadly missed by his sisters Liz Hughes and Catherine Hannon, niece Lorraine, nephews Aidan and Thomas, Thomas's partner Tisha, brother-in-law Tom and grand-nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Hamrock's Funeral Home, Athleague on Tuesday evening (30th December) from 6pm to 8pm with removal afterwards to the Church of Christ the Good Shepherd, Four Roads. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 10am. Burial afterwards in Tisrara Cemetry.
