Padraig Lavin

Padraig (Patrick) Lavin Lavey, Charlestown, Co.Mayo. Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at University Hospital Sligo on February 15th 2025. Predeceased by his parents, Paddy and Josie Lavin and his first wife, Breege 1974. Padraig will be deeply missed by his wife of 47 years Eileen, his children Suzanne, Padraig and Colleen, his grandchildren Ethan, Ella Grace, Kyle, Holly, Jaime and Leo, his brother Des and sisters Mary and Una, sons-in-law Mark and Kenneth and daughter-in-law Karen, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Padraig will repose in Horkan’s Funeral Home, Charlestown (F12 D393) on Monday, 17th of February from 5PM until 7PM. Removal on Tuesday morning at 11.30AM to St James’ Church Charlestown (F12 EY75) for Requiem Mass at 12PM, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
