Padraig Nugent

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Padraig Nugent, Cullaghamore, Kilglass, Co. Roscommon, on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 following an accident.

He is predeceased by his father, JP. Padraig will be sadly missed by his beloved children, daughter Megan(boyfriend Callum), son Ryan. His adored mum Ann, sisters Geraldine, Trish, and Helen, and brothers-in-law Alan and Michael. He will also be missed by his niece Hannah, nephews Steven and Tristan, Megan & Ryan’s mum, Claire, his uncle Sean, and cousins John, Michael, and Kevin. Also missed by his large circle of friends, neighbours, extended family, and especially his beloved Kilglass Gaels community.

Padraig will repose in Leavy’s Funeral Home, Scramogue (F42 FD78) on Wednesday, October 8th from 5pm-8pm. Removal from his residence on Thursday to St Anne's Church, Slatta, for 12noon mass. If you cannot attend the mass but wish to view it, you can do so via Tully’s Funeral Directors page. Burial afterwards in Scramogue Cemetery.
