Padraig (Podge) Murphy

The death has taken place of Padraig (Podge) Murphy, Molly's Bar, Bweeng and Pluckanes, Donoughmore, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends on January 18th 2025 at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice Cork, beloved son of Patrick (Paddy) and the late Eleanor and brother of Larry, John, Declan, Denis and Michael.

Predeceased by his niece Lily Martha and uncles Lally, Micky, Den Mike Murphy and Donie O'Hanlon.

Sadly missed by his loving father, brothers, sisters-in-law Maureen, Elaine, Mairead, Ciara and Aisling, best friend Linda Kennedy and Pa, Skye, Lexian, Imery and Xavien, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of amazing friends.

May He Rest In Peace.

Lying in repose at his home (Molly's Bar, Bweeng P51 HX38) on Monday (January 20th) from 4pm with Prayers at 7pm.

Reception into St. Lachteen's Church, Stuake on Tuesday (January 21st) for Requiem Mass at 2pm.

Funeral afterwards to Stuake New Cemetery.
