Pat Canning

Pat (Patrick) Canning. Late of Portmarnock and formerly of Woodford, Co. Galway, and Teagasc, Kinsealy. Passed away peacefully on 5th March 2025, in the compassionate care of St. Francis Hospice, surrounded by his beloved wife Jane, his loving children Sheila, John, and Sinéad, his son-in-law Liam, and his much-loved brothers Robbie and Joe. He is predeceased by his brother Roger. Pat will be deeply missed by his loving wife, children, brothers, nieces, nephews, grandniece, grandnephew his extended family, his wonderful friends, neighbours and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Friday, 7th March, from 2pm to 4pm. Removal to St. Anne’s Church, Portmarnock on Saturday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Balgriffin cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.
