Pat Cooley
The death has taken place of Pat Cooley, Cantaney, Turloughmore, Co. Galway and formerly of Kilskeagh, Athenry, Co. Galway. Died peacefully at his residence after a short illness on Thursday 25th June. Predeceased by his father Patrick Cooley and his mother in-law Kathleen Murray. Deeply missed by his heartbroken wife Denise, mother Kathleen, brothers Joe, Brian, Tomás and Ronan, sisters Mary Coleman, Evelyn Cooley, Breda Fox, Carmel Cooley and Martina Burke, uncle, father in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family, neighbours and large circle of friends.
Due to Government advice regarding public gatherings a Private Funeral Mass for immediate family only will take place. A Memorial Mass in celebration of Pat's life will be held at a later date.
House strictly private at all times. Please respect the wishes of the family. Leaving his residence on Saturday, 27th June, at 2.00pm for Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Knock Church, Lackagh, Turloughmore, Co. Galway at 3.00pm, followed by burial in Kilmoylan Cemetery.
The mass will be live streamed on Parish Church Lackagh Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/lackagh.parish/) and on the radio, frequency 106.9fm.
The family ask you to adhere to current HSE guidelines and restrictions at all times.
