PAT HAYES
Hayes, Clonakilty, Co. Cork and formerly of Ballingeary, Cahir, Co. Tipperary. On July 5th 2014. Peacefully In the loving care of the Matron and staff of Mount Carmel Hospital, Clonakilty. Pat, St. Vincent's Place, Clonakilty. Sadly missed by his brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Removal from the hospital chapel, Monday, 7th July, at 11am to Clonakilty Parish Church followed by Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Mary's Cemetery, Clonakilty.
