Pat (Jim) Culkin, Sydney, Australia and late of Oldcastle, Kiltulla, Athenry, Co.Galway. Passed away peacefully. Deeply missed by his wife Kay, daughter Melanie, sons James, Sean and Neal, daughters in-law, grandchildren, sister Mary, brothers John, Richard and Joe, brother in-law Sean and niece Teresa.
