Pat passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Michael, adored mother of Russell and cherished grandmother of Daniel and Corey.

 

Sadly missed by her loving family – her husband, son, grandsons, daughter-in-law Rachel, brother Mick, sister Pauline, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

May She Rest in Peace
