GRIFFIN (Cork and Clare): On May 26th, 2024, peacefully, at the Cork University Hospital surrounded by his loving family PAT (K.P.), (Retired Army Captain) Glanmire and late of Kilrush, dearly loved husband of Mary (née Sullivan) and much loved father of Niamh, Eilís, Fiona, Ciaran, Aisling and Conor, and loving brother of the late Rita, Betty, Claire and Gerard.

Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, daughters-in-law Jennifer and Alice, sons-in-law Paul and Michael, cherished grandchildren Ciarán, Conn, Ellie, Maedbh and Fionn, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire, on Tuesday (May 28th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 2.00pm on Wednesday (May 29th) in St. Joseph’s Church, Springhill, Glanmire which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Little Island, Co Cork.
