Peacefully in Adare and District Nursing Home.

Predeceased by his wife Mary.

Deeply missed by his loving family, children Sandra and Gerard, daughter-in-law Theresa, his beloved grandchildren Patrick, Sarah, Daniel, Stacy, Kaydan and Abbie, their partners Diane, Jack, Áine and Aisling, adored great-grandchildren Sofia, Callum and Fiadh, sisters Pam, Kay and Caroline, brother Denis, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Pat will repose in Mc Mahons Funeral Home, Newmarket-on-Fergus this Thursday (10th October) from 6pm to 7:30pm. Arriving for funeral service in Shannon Crematorium on Friday (11th October) at 1pm.
