PEACEFULLY AT HOME SURROUNDED BY HIS FAMILY

Pat, cherished husband of Rita, will be sadly missed by his children Sinead, Grainne, Eamonn and Aideen, their partners Paul, Hugh, Trudy and Chris, grandchildren Caoilinn, Aoibhinn, Louis, Cian, Milo, Shay and Teddy and a large circle of friends and family.

MAY PAT REST IN PEACE

Reposing at his Home (eircode R95 N6W7) on Wednesday (29th Nov.) from 4pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers & Rosary at 7pm.

Funeral cortege arriving at St. Colman's Church, Conahy (eircode R95 VK46) for Requiem Mass on Thursday (30th Nov.) at 12 Noon. Pat will be laid to rest thereafter in the adjoining cemetery.
