Pat (Paddy) Morning (Newtown, Rathangan, Co. Kildare), 5 April 2026.

Peacefully, after a long illness bravely fought, surrounded by his loving wife Margaret and his children Claire and Michael, at St. Brigid’s Hospice, The Curragh. Pat is predeceased by his parents John and Mary, and his brother Séamus. Pat will be forever loved and dearly missed by his wife, children, sisters, brother, sisters in-law, brothers in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Pat rest in peace.

Reposing at McWeys Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town, on Tuesday (7 April) from 4pm, concluding with prayers at 6pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors from his family home on Wednesday morning to arrive at the Church of the Assumption and St. Patrick, Rathangan, for requiem mass at 11am, followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Rathangan. House strictly private at all times.

The family would like to sincerely thank all the staff at St. Brigid’s Hospice and Naas hospital, for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Pat throughout his illness.
