Pat (Patsy) Duffy

The death has occurred of Pat (Patsy) Duffy. 'Farney Cottage', Kingscourt Road, Carrickmacross. Retired principal St. Daigh's National School, Inniskeen. 14th April 2022. Peacefully at his home. Predeceased by his beloved wife Betty, his grandson Gabriel, his son-in-law Eugene, his parents Bernard & Agnes and his sisters Philomena & Bríd.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his cherished family, his son Brian and his daughters Orla & Eilis, his daughter-in-law Martina & Eilis' partner Declan, his adored grandchildren, Conor, Grainne, Shauna, Leona, Darragh, David & James, his brother Alo, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Pat will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, A81 D328, on Good Friday, 15th April, from 3pm until 8pm.  Pat's funeral cortège will leave his home, Kingscourt Road, on Holy Saturday at 10:35am proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, for Funeral Liturgy at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
