The death has occurred of Pat (Paddy) Randles, Athenry Road, Loughrea, Co Galway and formerly Upper Clontoo, Kilgarvan, Co Kerry, on 23rd January 2024; peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff at University Hospital Galway.
Predeceased by his dear wife Kate (Haran), parents P.T. and Mary (Gleeson) and siblings Tom, Kit, Peg, Joan, Mary, Nell, Sheila and John.
Fondly loved and deeply mourned by his devoted daughters Mary, Margo, Helen, Sheila, Patricia, Caitriona, beloved son Padraig, brother-in-law Tom, sons-in-law/partner Jarlath, Ger and Paul, his cherished grandchildren Cormac, Eoin, Niall, Kate, Kate and Alison, nieces and nephews and extended family.
Fondly remembered by his kind neighbours and friends, and colleagues in An Garda Siochána.
Reposing at Kilboy’s Funeral Home, Bride street, Loughrea (H62 KF63) on Thursday, 25th January, from 5pm to 7pm.
Requiem Mass for Pat will be held in St Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, on Friday, 26th January, at 2.30pm, with burial thereafter in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
