Pat (Shafter) Moore
Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Naas Hospital. Dear dad of the late baby Patrick. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Chrissie, family Mary, Bernie, Patrick, Georgina, Jennifer, Paul, Gabriel, Marian, Christine, James, Christopher, Damien and Melissa ,brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Pat Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his residence (eircode W34 AK59) on Thursday evening from 3pm with Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Friday morning at 10:20am arriving St Peter and Paul's Church, Monasterevin for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St Evin's Cemetery, Monasterevin.
