The death has occurred of
Pat Sheehan
On October 6th 2022, peacefully after a short illness at Bantry General Hospital, Pat, dearly loved husband of Gorretta (née Hanahoe), much loved father of Russell, Eric, Robbie and Paraic, father-in-law of Eilish, Claire and Aine, adored grandfather of Rebecca, Andrew, Megan, twins Carrie and Rosie, Jessica and Hannah, dear brother of Willy, Kathleen, Nora, Delia, Helena, Anna, David and the late Esther. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Coakley's Funeral Home, Chapel St, Bantry, on Friday, Oct. 7th, from 7pm to 8pm with Vigil prayers at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, Oct. 8th at 12 noon in St Finbarr’s Church, Bantry (livestreamed on bantryparish.ie), followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Friends of Bantry General Hospital.
