It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our deeply beloved PatJoe. He is forever loved and cherished by his wife Maeve, his children Jennifer, Aidan and Brian, his grand-daughters Isabelle and Rebecca, his son and daughters in-law Brian, Emma and Lindsey, his brothers Gene, Tony and Oliver and his late sister Margaret. He will be sadly missed by his nephew, nieces, aunts, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins and many great friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Coakleys Funeral Home, Chapel St, Bantry on Sunday Jan. 23rd from 2pm followed by Prayers at 3pm, PatJoe’s  funeral cortege will leave his home at 12.45pm approx. on Monday Jan. 24th, (via Wolfe Tone Square) for Requiem Mass at 2pm at St Finbarr’s Church, Chapel St, Bantry (livestreamed on www.bantryparish.ie), followed by burial at Kilmacomogue  Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to the Friends of Bantry General Hospital, c/o Bantry General Hospital.

Following Government and HSE guidelines, please wear a face mask if attending the Funeral Home and the Requiem Mass and please refrain from shaking hands with family members.
