PATRICIA BLOOMFIELD
Patricia (Pat) Bloomfield (nee Walker) Sevenoaks, Kent, England, previously living in Grange Co. Sligo; passed away peacefully at St Phelim’s Nursing Home, Dromahair. 15th March 2021; Sadly missed by her loving husband Anthony, daughter Lisa Lomax, son Grant , grandchildren, Katie & Ben Lomax and Anna and Sian Bloomfield.
A funeral service will be held for Pat on Thursday 18/03/21 at 1pm in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Grange followed by a private interment at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan. Due to Government Guidelines the church will be restricted to family only. Anyone wishing to convey their sympathies may do so on the condolence section below.
